Essentials for Long-Lasting Shoes

Taking care of your shoes not only enhances their appearance but also prolongs their lifespan. Whether you own leather, suede, or canvas shoes, these tips will ensure they stay in top condition:

Leather Shoes: Apply a high-quality waterproof spray to protect against moisture, stains, and salt. Reapply periodically, especially during wet seasons.
Suede and Nubuck Shoes: Use a suede protector spray to repel water and prevent stains.

Regularly inspect the soles for wear and tear. Replace worn-out soles promptly to maintain comfort and prevent damage to the upper part of the shoe.

Avoid wearing the same pair of shoes every day. Rotate between different pairs to allow them to breathe and recover.

Socks absorb sweat and protect the shoe’s interior. Opt for moisture-wicking socks to keep your feet dry and prevent odor.

Insert a wooden shoe tree into your shoes when not in use. It helps maintain their shape, prevents creasing, and absorbs moisture.

Polish your leather shoes regularly using a cream polish or wax polish. This not only adds shine but also nourishes the leather and protects it from cracking.

Leather Shoes: Wipe off dirt and dust with a soft cloth. Use a leather cleaner for deeper cleaning.
Suede Shoes: Brush gently with a suede brush to remove surface dirt.
Canvas Shoes: Hand wash with mild soap and water. Avoid using a washing machine for canvas shoes.

While canvas shoes can handle a gentle cycle in the washing machine, leather and suede shoes should never be submerged in water.

RETURN POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
