EXCHANGING ONLINE ODERS
Steps to initiate an Exchange
To begin your exchange and create a prepaid UPS label, follow the instructions below to use our interactive portal.
Step 1 — Create Mailing Label
Contact us to start your exchange and select the items are you are exchanging
Step 2 — Prepare Your Package
A. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your return packing slip (generated via the interactive returns process).
B. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
Step 3 — Ship Your Package
If you’re using the prepaid label, you can drop your package off at any UPS Store
Step 4 - Place A New Order
Please note direct exchanges of our products are not possible. Our exchange process is handled as 2 separate transactions.
A new order will need to be placed. You can place a new order right away.
*If your original order included a discount or special price you will need to contact customer service for assistance. If you prefer you can wait until you have been issued a refund and then place your new order.
*Your return will be processed within approximately 10-15 business days after being received. You can track your return with your tracking number.
